Fulfillment & Processing

All orders are packed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Charlotte, NC.
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding select holidays). Any delays or exceptions will be posted in the announcement bar on our site.

• Label Creation: Once your order is received, we create a shipping label and you’ll receive tracking information via email or SMS.

• Processing Time: Most orders ship same day or by the next business day.

• Carrier Pickup: Orders are picked up by USPS from our warehouse.

Shipping Times

• USPS standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days to reach most locations within the continental U.S.

• During holidays or high-volume periods, delivery may take longer.

• If you’ve received tracking information, your package is either already in transit or scheduled to be picked up shortly. Sometimes USPS tracking updates are delayed—but rest assured, your package is on the way.

All orders are shipped in plain bubble mailers or generic brown cardboard boxes for privacy.
